Meet Ben, Valerie, Stu, Whitney, Juan and Bridget. They're members of a virtual focus group and are available 24/7 on CD_ROM to guide workers through diversity issues - from the dangers of stereotypes, to valuing all people for their similarities, differences and skills.
Their "Dialogue on Diversity " is interactive- "You are the final member of the group," Ben, the facilitator, anounces at the outset - and prompts participants to react to scenarios that include conflicts amoung group members. There's even a test at the end if you don't pass, you're sent back through the pertinent modules again.
